The company
The standard travels.
Most window cleaning companies grow by hiring fast, and the thing that usually goes first is the detail. A crew rotates through, nobody is quite sure what finished is supposed to look like, and the standard drifts a little every season until it is not the same company anymore.
We grow the other way round. Nobody works on a Fix A View job until they have been trained on how we finish one, and that includes the unglamorous parts: the sill, the track, the corner of the frame everybody else wipes past. When a review says the work was thorough, that is the standard showing up, not luck about who was on the van that morning.
The trade-off is honest: we are not the fastest company to get a slot with in July, and there are weeks in the spring where the calendar fills. What you get back is a crew who have been shown exactly what your house is supposed to look like when they leave.

We show up when we said we would.
You get a real arrival window, not a vague "sometime Tuesday." If anything changes, you hear it from us first, before you have to wonder.
We treat your house like it is not ours.
Ladders get set on padding. Sills and tracks get wiped, not just the glass. Screens go back in the opening they came out of. Nothing gets left in the yard.
If it rains in 5 days, or you are simply not happy, we come back free.
No arguing about whether it counts. No fine print. Rain spotted them, or something was missed, or it just does not look the way you expected. Tell us and we return and put it right.
