Short version: we use your details to quote your job and do it. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to anything you did not ask for.
What we collect
If you fill in the quote form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address, property address and job details you type into it. That is all. There is nothing hidden in the form.
If you call or text us, we have your phone number. If you email us, we have your email address. This is unavoidable and it is the point.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you, quote your job, schedule it and invoice it. That is the whole list.
We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to marketing companies. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.
Who else sees it
The form submission is delivered to our email inbox. The email provider that carries it can technically see it, the same way any email provider can.
Nobody else gets your details unless you ask us to share them, for example if you want us to coordinate with a property manager or a tenant.
Photos of your property
We take before and after photos of jobs, partly as a record and partly because customers like receiving them. Some end up on this site or on our social media.
If you would rather your property never appeared anywhere, tell us when you book and it will not. You do not have to give a reason, and it does not change anything about the job or the price.
Keeping and deleting things
We keep quote and job records as long as we need them for scheduling, invoicing and tax purposes.
If you would like your details removed from our records, email us and we will do it. You do not need to explain why.
